• sensitive to tags in back of shirt
• eczema
• picks up clothes by tags
• wraps clothes, etc., around neck
• likes stuffed animals, loves to cuddle and hug them
• throws ball overhead
• pretend play, stirring
• trying to "feed" Nuna
• "sharing" drink with Mommy

Said "car" several times in a.m., points to cars
laughing, making eye contact
"snowman," "Santa" (I think)
Liked watching kids at chapel at Kate's preschool
When asked "Where's the light?" looks up, motions to light
Said "boon" for "balloon" ... @ park, in car, @ home
Signing "more," "please," "up," "all done"
Pointed to sky several times to indicate planes flying overhead (@ park)
Said "dog" (while pointing) at park and while watching television
Showed hair when asked ... also belly button
Waved bye-bye several times
Pointed to light when asked
Playing peek-a-boo
Hugged and "kissed" Diana and Jamie at the park
@ Publix: "cat," "dog," "cracker," "balloon," (in parking lot: "car")
Ate popcorn chicken, rode in car buggy
Said "Nuna"
Danced at "Wow Wow Wubzy" song
Pointed out ball in magazine

• Said "ball" while holding globe
• Said "dog" to dog outside and on TV
• Played catch with Nuna
• Made car noice
• Waved out window
• Signed "up" and "please"
• Climbed into lap
• Wants to be held
• Learning to kiss--smacks lips, leans forward
• Breakfast--oatmeal applesauce, banana--held banana and took a bite himself
• Good eye contact
• Signing "more" and "all done"
• Pointing
• Said "balloon" and pointed while watching "Baby Babble"
• Good eye contact
• Said "ball"
• I think was saying "pop" while watching "Baby Babble"
• Clapping hands
• Initiated holding hands with Mommy and Nuna while eating lunch
• When asked "Where's the light?" he looks up at the light fixture and points.
• Playing peek-a-boo
• Pretends to "talk" on "phone" (any object)
• Social with Julia when she came over
• Waved again to cars outside
• Holds cup up, pretending to offer me a drink when I pretend to want one (smacking lips, etc.)
• Trying to say "uh oh"
• Feeds self with a fork
• Dinner: Hamburger rice spaghetti, green beans
• Held hands, clapped, etc.
• "Baby Babble" imitated "Indian" sound
• Kissing lady bug toy
• Played with Little People construction truck
• Said "car"

Notes about Kate
April 19, 2011

• "I want to catch it!" --referring to bird (birdy-bird) in backyard
• "Hey, guys, check this out!" ... then dances and speaks unintelligbly
• "Good choice, Isaac!" 
• "Isaac, do you like icing? That's fabulous! Good choice!" (yesterday)
• obsessed with Widget and Wow Wow Wubzy
• "Mommy, I like to draw!" "I know! What kind of things do you like to draw?" "Butterflies, rainbows, rain, flower machines, bag machines (?) ..."
• "Look at that squirrel! I wish I could catch it! Hi, squirrel! Can we catch you? ... Can we catch that silly squirrel, Mommy?"
• tie the string, hold on to the light ... make it long and tie onto a toy ... tippy top and hang on to the ribbon
• "Boys like (various things--outside, dogs, colors etc.) and girls like (inside, cats, colors, etc.).

-car ... said "car" several times ... wearing a car shirt, ask where car is and points to car on shirt

-waved bye-bye

-signs "more," "please"

-played "high-five" with Kate ... she said high five, held up hand, he hit it, laughing

-clapped when we all clapped together

-ask where shoes are, points to shoes

-not eating good at lunch (refusing chicken nuggets, cheese toast), only eating bread

-good eye contact

-said ball ... on book in room, pointed to it

-said dog ... and pointed to dog in magazine

-walking on toes some

-Said ball and pointed to globe

-Said balloon, pointed to balloons on mailbox

-Pointed and said bird

-Waved bye-bye to neighbors as they drove out of driveway and down street

-Laughed at Kate screaming and saying BOO! Tried to sound like her--funny sounds (goofing off) and said BOO!

-Said cookie (gave him a cookie)

-said Nuna

-Ask where snowman is, points to shirt (wearing snowman PJs)

-Ask where belly button is, lifts shirt, motions with hand (or points) to belly button

-Ask where light is, points to ceiling at light over the table
