One week ago today, we were in California. I was wearing short sleeves (in the afternoon) and was burning up at a few points during the day (unusual for me). What a difference from today! It is currently 20-something degrees here in Atlanta, and it's supposed to get down to 17 degrees overnight. Brrrrrrr!
Last Sunday, Tanna and his brother Mike spent the day in Oakland at the Raiders game. I did convince him to take his black sweater in addition to his coat (no small feat)--and he ended up sending me a thank-you message later in the day because it apparently wasn't as balmy at the game as it was where we were. Kate and I spent the day with the family--we went to church in the morning and after lunch, hit Pismo Beach and a cool butterfly place (more to come on that in another post).
A few more photos from last Sunday:
And compared to today:
Brrrrrrrrrrr!
As I told Kate earlier, it is too cold even to go to Target. And that is COLD!
That picture of her on the beach is precious! I would love some of that weather. I wish you would have brought it back with you.
ReplyDeleteToo cold to go to target? That is cold! LOL
ReplyDeleteI know. I am so ready for some warm weather. Funny, today I caught myself saying....Yay, we are going to be in the 50s this week. That's still cold but I'll take it. Must be really bad when you start declining Target trips :)
ReplyDeletethat pic of kate walking toward the water with her reflection in the sand is beautiful. i think you should submit it to something.
