I've met Georgia Gov. Sonny
Perdue several times since I have moved to Georgia. I suppose the first time was at a church where he and his wife were teaching a Sunday school class. That was about five years ago. I also have met him at the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony that is held at the governor's mansion. (I still need to post about this year's event.) Oh yeah--I saw him at the post office one time, too. He is very nice and friendly. When I have seen him, he has always taken time to greet and to talk with constituents.

Perdue was holding Kate way up in the air with only one hand!
LOL! I bet my eyes were about to pop out of my head, but she was in good hands (I mean "hand").
