Busy Weekend!

It was another busy weekend for us. They just go by so fast, don't they?

Here's a quick review in photos:

On Friday, Kate met her friend Jamie at the park. The girls had a big time playing outside.

On Saturday, we went to visit Colette and Miles--and got to see their cool new house. (Actually, they've lived there for about two years already, which is hard to believe!) The house--which is almost a century old--looked great! They've got it looking really nice. They'd decorated with tons of roses for their Kentucky Derby party Saturday. We couldn't stay for the festivities, but it was great to see the happy couple! (On a side note, we were so sad to hear about the death of Eight Belles after Saturday's race.)

Later in the afternoon, we hit Trey's birthday party up in Gainesville. Kate was the only little girl there--there were little boys everywhere! Isn't it funny that Trey's shirt reads, "Chicks dig me," and then Kate's says, "I love daddy"? LOL!

It's been fun watching Kate and Trey grow and change over the last several months.

The dress that Kate wore to church yesterday is one I bought for Rebekah even before she was born back in 2001! Awwwwwww ...

After church, our Sunday school class had a picnic at the park.
