Earlier this week, we traveled to Charlotte to visit family and friends and to see the Billy Graham Library (more on that in an upcoming post). After touring the library and lunching with some friends, we walked down to the BGEA offices to say hello to some former co-workers. We were approaching the office with former colleagues Hannah and Kristie (and their respective little girls) when we saw three motorcycle guys all suited up right outside the doors. Hannah said, "There's Franklin!" So you know I had to ask for a photo with Kate--she hadn't met him before. He was so nice to oblige--and he even took his helmet off for the pic. I wish I'd realized Kate had her paci in her mouth--I would have taken it out.
P.S. As Hannah reminded me in her comment, Kate blew Franklin a kiss after the photo op! What a sweetie!
