Zombieland

Week before last, Kate and I were zooming down West Paces Ferry when we noticed a lot of trucks, big ol' lighting and other film-production stuff, security and so on and so forth. I figured something was being filmed--but what?

Well, that question was answered the next day. As we were going along our way, in the midst of the traffic, cops, and whatnot, we spied a sign. (Well, I did, at least. I can't say for sure that Kate actually laid her eyes on it.) It read, as you can see in the above photo, "Now filming the major motion picture Zombieland." Who knew?

Apparently, filming has been going on in Georgia for a couple of months now. The film--due out later this year--stars Woody Harrelson and Abigail Breslin. I didn't see either one of those movie stars ... that I know of. But I did read in the AJC that Breslin adopted a dog while she was in the area.
