Snow Fun, Part 1

So yesterday it snowed in Atlanta. I mean ... really snowed! I was so excited! And thankful. You see, Tanna was supposed to be driving back from Savannah yesterday--but because I was horribly sick over the weekend, he ended up cutting the trip short and returning Saturday evening. (We were all supposed to be in Savannah together to begin with, but Kate came down with the illness first. We are all better now, by the way. Yes, I am getting way off track here ... )

ANYWAY ... I was so glad he came home to help take care of us ... but also I was so glad because he would not be driving back in the crazy winter weather. I am a worrier (even though I know I shouldn't be) ... and I was extra thankful yesterday that we were all at home to enjoy this fun snow! Here are a few photos of Kate's first venture out in the white stuff yesterday. These were taken pretty early on (before lunch and naptime, you know, in case it all melted while Kate napped. ;o)) More to come ...
