Today we met Clancy the Bear at the new Pottery Barn Kids @ Lenox. Clancy is in town to raise some money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He will be at select PBK stores from noon to 2 p.m. November 21-23 and 28-30. I *just* got an e-mail notice about this right before we were set to head out for the morning, and it worked out for us to stop by and see Clancy while we were out and about today.
If you'd like to meet Clancy yourself, here's more info straight from that e-mail: "Our life-size mascot, Clancy the Bear, will be making special appearances at select stores to have his photo taken with kids and help us raise awareness for St. Jude. Donations are welcome and if you bring home Clancy's cuddly cousin, Oatmeal the Bear for $20, $10 of the purchase price will be donated to St. Jude to help support research and treatment for pediatric cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. Photos are complimentary, so bring your camera and plenty of holiday smiles!"

Hi Karen! I keep running into you on the comments on Donna and Denise's blogs. I noticed you're from Atlanta. We live northwest Atlanta. Okay, so I haven't been to Lenox in a WHILE, but we might have to mosey on over to meet the bear. My kids would FLIP!
