Happy 90th Birthday, Billy Graham!

Here I am with some members of the Graham family.

Today is Billy Graham's 90th birthday. I was talking to my sister a little while ago when she told me to turn on The Today Show. Franklin Graham--Dr. Graham's older son--was being interviewed regarding his father's special milestone. He did a great job, sharing the Gospel message in the midst of the segment. He was on location at The Billy Graham Library in Charlotte. I hope to visit there one day soon.

Dr. Graham has lived such a wonderful life, and God has used him in amazing ways to share the message of Christ with an untold number of folks around the world. It's so crazy to think of how God can use just one person who--with his loving wife and family behind him--is willing to live his life completely for Christ. And yet he is so humble about it all. To God be the glory!

Happy Birthday, Billy Graham. Thank you for living your life in such a godly way and for proclaiming the uncompromised truth of the Bible.
_______

You can send Billy Graham a birthday message. Here is what I sent in a few days back ...

Dear Dr. Graham,

Your life has touched mine in so many ways, and I wanted to thank you for that. I have been inspired and encouraged by how you have spent your life sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with countless people across the globe. Your faith, your humbleness, and your integrity are an example to me and to so many.

I had the honor of working for BGEA and DECISION magazine, and it was truly such a wonderful experience. I am thankful for all that I learned there, and for the friendships that were formed. Not only that, but my relationship with the Lord was strengthened as well. I never had the opportunity to meet you, but I hope to see you in heaven one day if our paths do not cross here on earth.

HAPPY 90th BIRTHDAY! Thank you for letting the Lord use you in such a magnificent way. You are such a blessing to so many people around the world. May God continue to use you and to bless you and your family abundantly.
