Yesterday, Kate and I met Macy and her Mommy (and her Auntie) at Macy's. Yen-Wen (Macy's Mom and another message-board friend) was in town from Augusta and had brought some things for Operation Christmas Child for me to pick up. So we met over at the mall--at Macy's, no less! How appropriate!
Little Macy is just adorable--what a beautiful baby girl! She is about the size that Kate was this time last year. She was so smiley when we snapped a few pictures in the shoe department. Kate was too busy looking around at everything to smile. :o)

Speaking of Macy's, I noticed the other day that the Great Tree is already up on top of the store. (Sorry the photo is not the best; I snapped it from the car as I was driving by.) The big tree lighting is Thursday--can you believe we've never been? It's on Thanksgiving night, and we usually have plans already. Here's the info if you want to check it out:

While we were at the mall, we saw Santa again (just from afar). I snapped a few photos in case folks want to see what the Lenox Santa looks like (and the backdrop, etc.). Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteWish I could stroll through the mall with you guys and see all of the Christmas stuff. Gotta love all those huge decorations. I'll have the paper edited and ready to roll by tomorrow, and I think I'll go to a mall just to take it all in before the big rush. If there is a big rush this year:-)
