We went to the park one day. Here are Kylie and Kate on the swings:

On Friday, Kate and I met Tanna's Mom and the kids at a place called JumpZone. It's got all kinds of inflatable slides, tramponline-type things and whatnots. It's a great deal--$5 for three hours (on weekdays, anyway--I don't think weekends are much more.) For awhile, they were the only kids there, and they had the floor to themselves. Lots of fun--they had a blast!
After that, we hit the mall for lunch and a ride on the carousel:
The kids loved strolling Kate around the mall!
Kylie and Eric had their first Build-a-Bear experience. They didn't quite understand how it all worked at first. For example, when they were trying to decide which animal to get, they wanted to get the displays because the other ones were flat--LOL! Once they understood the concept, though, they were all about it! Kylie picked a cheetah, and Eric got a groundhog (the same groundhog that Kate made when her Grammy was in town back in January.) I could write a whole post about Build-a-Bear in general ... which I may do sometime.

awww! that's the first time i've seen some of these pics! so awesome to know they were having a good time with grandma, auntie karen and kate! thanks for being such a great historian for the family!! i always love looking at your pics...just wish i had a similar gift! =)
