Here are some photos and highlights from the weekend and our trip to Tennessee:

We got to watch Riley (left) and Rebekah play tee-ball!

Kate having fun with her Aunt Robin! Poor Aunt Robin got very sick before the weekend was over. :o( We hope she is feeling better today!

Uncle Steven kept Kate while Robin and I went to a scrapbooking retreat. It was her first overnight visit away from both Tanna and me, and she did great! Thanks, Uncle Steven!

While we were at Aunt Robin & Uncle Steven's house, Kate learned to climb stairs! She really enjoyed them! (Our place doesn't have any stairs, so she was having a ball on theirs.)

Here we are at the big scrapbooking retreat at
Cherokee Cove. It was at the top of a mountain--literally. When I read the directions, the words "you DON'T want to get there at night" were a little disturbing to me. But it's true--I wouldn't want to drive up there at night. When the road turned to gravel, I knew we were in trouble. LOL! Seriously, though, the views were beautiful. However, I did get that same claustrophobic feeling I used to have when I lived in Boone--kind of like ... it might be a bit of a challenge if I needed to get out of there. Funny thing is, I don't feel like that when we visit home. I guess because even though there are mountains all around, there also are an Interstate and an airport and plenty of stores nearby. I suppose I am a city girl at heart!

Uncle Johnny and Anna-Claire. Guess what?! I got to hear A-C say "Aunt BeBe!" (That's me!) :o) Uncle Johnny was on the news to talk about tax-free weekend--we didn't get to see it because we had gone out to eat. :o( He's on the news from time to time to talk about retail and computers, etc. Several years ago (when I still lived in Tennessee), he was interviewed on the news, and he said, "Computer prices are going down, down, down ..." (In a burning ring of fire? LOL!) We still say that now and laugh. heehee!

Baby Kate hanging out with Aunt Anne and Uncie JJ.

Another fun cousin photo!

On Sunday evening, we met Grammy and Grampy at Cracker Barrel for dinner.

On our way back to Atlanta, we stopped in
Asheville to see Nanny, Kate's great-grandmother.
It was great to see you gals too! Hate Tanna wasn't able to be with you...but I guess someone had to go to Vegas! ;) heehee! Those are some great pictures! I'm glad Kate did so well while you were on your retreat! I didn't know the directions said "you don't want to arrive after dark"...that is hysterical! lol!

PS. She's said "Aunt Bebe" all morning. :)
