It was September of 2001. I was in New York, working for Samaritan's Purse at the Billy Graham Prayer Center, which opened after September 11th. After a long day of work, some of us were walking to dinner. One of the men in our group, who is very reserved and happens to also be an ordained minister, quietly said something like, "I believe that was Don King that we just passed."So my friend and co-worker Jodie and I were like, "Really? Where?" Sure enough, Don King was right behind us, coming out of a building and getting ready to get into a car. You soooooo know I had my camera with me, and he was great about posing for a pic. The men in our group didn't get in the photo--but they were nice about waiting for us while we got a quick snap.
