Robin had a (almost) four-hour layover in ATL yesterday. Tanna was off, so it worked out for him to keep Kate so I could go to the airport for some fun sister time before Robin flew to the CR for her mission trip. It was fun! We ate dinner, talked and people-watched. Then she had to go back through security to catch her next flight. So glad it worked out for us to see each other--I took her a little bag full of traveling necessities--and by "necessities" I mean "various forms of chocolate." She should be all set.

I had a sign to greet her as she rode up the escalator. Years ago, I always wanted to have someone greet me at the airport with a name sign--you know, like the limo drivers. haha Well, it finally happened when I went to Uruguay for work. It had been arranged for Esteban, who works for Trans World Radio, to pick me up. Of course, we'd never met before, so there he was at the Montevideo airport, holding a sign with my name on it. haha! I took a photo, but that was before I had a digital camera.
How fun! Pretty neat and hilarious on making up the sign. :)
