Maybe this makes me a mean mommy, but I just can't help laughing.Today some friends and I got on the topic of Halloween costumes. I bought this cute chick costume last year (on clearance, of course) for Kate to wear this year. It's size 12-18 months, and I wondered today if it would fit her. (She is so tall, you know, and most size 12 things are too small already.)
Well, I fished it out of the closet and just tried the hat on her right at bedtime. Needless to say, Kate was NOT into it. AT ALL. It's so cute, though.
Time will tell if she'll actually be able to wear it on Halloween (or if she WILL wear it, even if she is able). If it doesn't work out, I have a couple of back-up outfits (a bee and a pumpkin).
We'll see ...
LOL, she is not happy! SC will be piglet for year #2, I bought a big costume last year...to save some $$.
