Doctor, Doctor, Give Me the News

Kate had her 12-month checkup today! I was a bad mommy and didn't even call to schedule her appointment until this week. The options were today at 1:30 ... or sometime next month. We took today's opening.

Here are Kate's stats:

• Weight: 22 pounds, 14 ounces (76th percentile)
  
• Height: 30 inches (75th percentile)
• Head Circumference: 17 5/8 inches (45th percentile)

She got a good report from her pediatrician. She has a great pediatrician, by the way--he's so nice. :o) She also received two shots (Hep A and Prevnar), and she got her finger pricked for an iron check (looks great!). She was not happy about the shots or getting her blood drawn. At all. After she calmed down, she kept trying to eat the cotton and the adhesive bandage--LOL! Crazy girl!

I meant to get her photo with Dr. G again today, but I forgot until we were leaving, and he was in with another patient. So I asked a lady to snap our photo outside of the office on our way out. That's the top photo up there. I blurred out some of the names and such. In case you were wondering.
