Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for a great day! We enjoyed our Cow Appreciation Day on the run, hitting Chick-fil-As in three states! Kate, Grammy and I started this very special day with breakfast at a CFA in Atlanta. We loved our free chicken biscuits and minis--not to mention a few potatoes and drinks!
Ready for breakfast--but make it quick because we are on the moooooooove!
Next stop: A CFA in Hendersonville, North Carolina! This one was an impromptu visit. We were driving along I-26 when we saw a sign with a CFA logo. Bingo! It was time to stop for a little break anyway, so we decided to go ahead and get a bite to eat. Here's Grammy @ the table.
The big cow was out when we first pulled into the parking lot, but by the time we got inside and settled, he had gone in the back. We hated to miss him, but maybe next time!
Before we hit the road again, I snapped a picture of Kate and Grammy next to this firecow.
For our dinner destination, we visited a CFA in Kingsport, Tennessee! Here we are with Uncle Johnny, Aunt Anne, Abigail and Anna-Claire. (We had taken Grammy back to her house a little earlier.)
I switched my outfit up just a bit for this visit. ;o) I also got a chicken-strip salad for something a little different.
The Pierce family showing appreciation for cows!
Three cutie cow cousins
Speaking of cousins, Ross--another cousin of Abigail and Anna-Claire's--was there! Hi, Ross!
Getting the sillies out--the kids love to take silly pictures.
Don't you love Uncle Johnny's tail? He was a good sport with the costume!
I have several more photos, but I will close for now. Hope you all had a wonderful Cow Appreciation Day! Thanks for all the fun, CFA, and for all the free food! It was delicious--as always!
You are awesome!bel
