Nursery Sneak Peek

We've been working hard on the nursery as well as Kate's big-girl room. They are both almost done--just a few more details and finishing touches to take care of. Here is a sneak peek of the nursery--I can't wait so show you the room when it is complete!


Check out this lamp shade! I went into Pottery Barn Kids yesterday to look at crib skirts, and I saw this shade. Is it not perfect? It comes in blue and green. I bought it in blue, but was unsure when I got home and went back later to get the green. LOL! (Good thing the mall isn't too far from where we live!) But now I know that blue works best, so I am taking back the green. I looked for it on the PBK Web site, but it won't be available until early August. So I guess that's why I never noticed it before in the store.


It's about time.


Was very pleased with how this turned out. And such a bargain, too.

P.S. I scored a crib skirt at PBK for only $14.97--minus 10 percent! (I had a coupon!) That is a deal--it was regularly $59! YAY!
