Last month, when my brother and his family were visiting, we took our traditional trip to Lenox to ride The Pink Pig. We were in line when I noticed some excitement in my sister-in-law Anne's eyes. She kept turning around and looking back at the people behind us. It turns out that Vivian Brown, a meteorologist with The Weather Channel, was there with her children. Celebrities enjoy The Pink Pig, too!
I wouldn't have known that a famous (and beautiful) meteorologist was in our midst, but Johnny and Anne sure did--and they were excited about their celebrity sighting! You have to understand that they are HUGE fans of The Weather Channel. I always thought my brother would make a great on-air weather personality. Seriously. Johnny is a weather junkie. Even back in college when Johnny and I were roommates, The Weather Channel was constantly on. LOL!
Anyway, as we were finishing our ride on The Pink Pig, Vivian Brown and her family were just starting theirs. We hung out and took a few more photos. Anne was trying to decide whether to ask for a photo, and I told her to go for it. So like any good stalker--I mean fan--she waited outside the infamous white tent for just the right moment.
Vivian Brown was so nice--one of her kids even got in the picture. I snapped it quickly as Johnny and Anne told her they were longtime viewers from Tennessee. I am so glad the photo turned out OK!
LOVE IT! We are cheesing so much in that picture! lol.
ReplyDeleteJohnny did miss his calling- he needs to be a meteorologist for sure. We watched TWC for 14 hours straight when I was in labor with Abigail. The nurses thought we were crazy. They kept asking me if it bothered me that he watched the weather the entire day while we waited. ;)
